  • PAYMENT DISPUTE: IF YOU HAVE A DISPUTE WITH A PAYMENT OR CHARGE ON YOUR ACCOUNT, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY SO THAT WE CAN RESOLVE THE ISSUE.
  • PAYMENT SECURITY: WE TAKE PAYMENT SECURITY VERY SERIOUSLY, AND ALL PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED THROUGH SECURE GATEWAYS SUCH AS PAYSTACK.
  • PAYMENT INFORMATION STORAGE: WE DO NOT STORE YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION ON OUR SERVERS. ALL PAYMENT INFORMATION IS SECURELY TRANSMITTED TO OUR PAYMENT PROCESSORS FOR PROCESSING.
  • CHANGES TO PAYMENT POLICY: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPDATE OUR PAYMENT POLICY AT ANY TIME. ANY CHANGES WILL BE POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE AND WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

Customers may request a refund within four (4) days of lodging a complaint, provided the following conditions are met:

1. Proof of Complaint: Customers must provide clear evidence supporting their claim.

2. Valid Grounds for Refund: Refunds will only be considered if the received item differs from the order in terms of color, size, shape, or quality as described at the time of purchase.

3. Approval Process: All complaints will be reviewed, and refunds will be processed only upon approval of the claim.

Hayya Station reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS OF UNUSED, UNOPENED, UNBUNDLED AND UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE.

THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND HAVE ALL TAGS AND SEALS INTACT.

ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM(S), WE WILL INSPECT THEM TO ENSURE THAT THEY MEET OUR RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS. AFTER INSPECTION, IF EVERYTHING CHECKS OUT REFUND, A REFUND WILL BE MADE TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD AFTER 5-7 WORKING DAYS.

  • Pre-Order Timeline: If an item is sold out, pre-orders take 12 days to be completed before shipping.
